Very good game for its time. Great challange, good graphics, with some of the first games to use the expansion pak. Also available is a somewhat cropped 16:9 hi-rez widescreen mode. Even Gamecube games did mostly not have widescreen! Which make this game even more ahead of its time. Enemy design is also good. Especially the blind ones! The weapons are the coolest in this game. Like the Nuke, and the Cerebal bore. The cerebal bore first drills out the brain of the enemy, then blows up the rest of the head. I cant think of anything more cruel, and creative weapon.. The down side is that it can sometimes be a little hard to know where to go, or if you miss something, the backtracking can be horribly boring. Buy the trilogy if youre a Turok fan, except Rage Wars.
In general, the impressions are only positive. However, the first part of the Turok was still more interesting. In addition, this game is a little slow on the console

Yes, I was nine years old once. I dug Pokemon, loved MXPX, and played Turok 2, Seeds Of Evil. Ten years later, I'd say I've come a long way since then, but at the end of the day, I still love blowing raptors in half with shotguns. Despite the poor graphics and difficult, PC-esque control pads, T2 is still one of the most exciting, graphic, and overall entertaining games available for N64, and definately a worthwhile buy. Pick it up if you can track it down, cause no matter how uncool you were at age nine, Turok 2 was, and still is, awesome.
Great game I played it today and its very fun. The graphics are suprisingly good considering the overall size and detail of the enviroments. Although... the controls are overly sensitive and I found myself falling off of ledges because he strafes over 5 feet when I tap a button. This does offset some of the gameplay but once you get used to it its not so bad. Like i said earlier the levels are huge and you get mission objectives that you can completealong the way that, when completed give you extra ammo or other bonuses. Thats all I feel like saying about this game and i'm glad i bought it.
The game is mandatory for fans of FPS, graphics, sound, history and campaign are excellent even in comparison with the current generation of games. A classic that has to be played until the end, enjoy the multiplayer mode and not may miss in your collection.

Turok 2: Seeds of Evil for the N64 stands among the classics. Every element of this game is unique yet executed in a flawless, concrete fashion. From the intense reptilian creatures to the explosive and thrilling weapons and fighting style, gameplay is immersively addictive.
I have been searching for this game for years now; I am happy to finally have found it! The game itself is extremely addictive and vast--it will take you more than one day to complete it! Also, for being released in 1998, it has some of the best graphics for an 64 game!
A great videogame for the nintendo 64, one of the first games that uses the expansion pack, the best from the Turok Trilogy of nintendo 64. The game is really good, the enemies are hard, its a challenge, the weapons are cool specially the nuke.
It required some cleaning with a Q tip and hydrogen peroxide, but it worked fine afterward.
