Who came up with the sexual humour in these shows?

And they were all created by Roger Black and Waco O'Guin (could it be them who came up with it?) - two bizarre things which were deja vu were Connie shooting a bowling ball in the Brickleberry episode "Hello Dottie" and Barry Barris' spaceship coming out of Galaxia in the Farzar episode "Flammily Reunion".
