Winback: Covert Operations 64 | Does it still hold up today? (Underrated N64 game)

I don't hear anyone ever mentioning this hidden gem from Nintendo 64. I remember when I first played this on the 64. The cover system was hella awesome and if I remember correctly, this was sorta the discount Metal Gear Solid for Nintendo 64.

The only thing I remember was its cover system and the laser targeting for headshots.

That cover system blew my mind, and the multiplayer was great, it had both support and 2 player splitscreen!

I also loved that you could unlock the boss characters for MP IIRC.

I played the PS2 version though, I don't know how different the N64 version was.

This is crazy. I just looked up a video of this game within the last week. I loved it when it released, as it felt like the best conversion of a Time Crisis kind of light-shooter into a console experience.

LOVED this game when it came out. I was blown away by the cover shooting mechanics and actually played the vs quite a bit.
