I am 5'6" and this chair is very comfortable. My feet touch the ground nicely and the arm rests are in fact padded it seems a more durable substance that spongy and not sure what it is but easily mistaken for a non padded arm rest. I like it and everything else about the chair. I figure the people that say something broke must have put this chair to the test. I just plan to sit in it nothing major so I can't see it breaking but only time will tell. The only con is I got the Avengers chair and the colors pictured were bright, the actual colors are a bit darker. Overall I love this chair

I purchased this chair about 2 months ago and wanted to wait to review it once I've had it for awhile. I bought it use it at my office and I use it daily for hours at a time. Like I said it a beautiful chair, great stitching, and material. The downside is that the the chair is lopsided (pre-drilled holes did not line up exactly) and the wheels/casters for the chair are absolute trash. My office has smooth tile flooring and when I move the chair it's always a jerky movement. The wheels/casters must be catching on invisible things or something because it's nearly impossible to get this chair to smoothly roll anywhere. Sometimes as I'm moving my chair the wheels/casters refuse to budge and it will cause the chair to tip over, sometimes with me in it.

It's a beautiful chair but it has crap wheels/casters.
