HSN please do better!

I just received these earrings. They are beautiful! The problem is when I have received earrings lately, the backs are awful! You have to struggle to get the backs on the posts and the posts can bend because youre trying to work the back on! I had to switch to my own backs to use! What if I didnt have extra backs?? The same posts have been coming with every earring I have ordered, and I have had the same problem. I expect every part of the earring to work properly, including the backs.
