For example, MYDIN, Dato’ Ameer exhibits the good qualities of a leader such as integrity; which he claims he had inherited from his father. In one instance, he talked about his father’s reaction when a supplier mistakenly sent extra goods to their store. His father immediately asked them to send the goods back to the supplier, as this is not Halal (not allowed or permissible in Islam).

He was the son of an engine driver. Benz attended the Karlsruhe grammar school and later the Karlsruhe Polytechnic University. In 1871, He founded his first company with partner August Ritter, the "Iron Foundry and Machine Shop" a supplier of building materials.
Benz began his work on a two-stroke engine, in hopes of finding a new income. He received his first patent in 1879. In 1883, he founded Benz & Company to produce industrial engines in Mannheim, Germany. He then began designing a "motor carriage", with a four-stroke engine (based on Nicolaus Otto's patent). Benz designed his engine (958cc, 0.75hp) and the body for the three-wheel vehicle with an electric ignition, differential gears, and water-cooling. The car was first driven in Mannheim in 1885. On January 29, 1886, he was granted a patent for his gas-fueled automobile (DRP 37435) and in July, he began selling his automobile to the public.

Wan Mohd Sani is one of the successful entrepreneurs in Malaysia. He was not that of a happy life but have job in Sunway College Management Diploma and experience in the entertainment industry. However, he perceives it difficult job guarantee its future. Then he decided to open his own business. His friend Datuk inclusion serve as inspiration after seeing his colleague successful in business.
Career in business started when he opened a workshop to repair the vehicle, he then tried a new business in the field of bus transportation for the interest of transport. When starting a business in the field of transport, several challenges have to be taken and he will need to work hard so I had to sleep in the office.
In 2003, he set up a special SUSB for the transport business. At that time, he has had two partners but they withdrew on specific reasons. He had to face a very tough situation for managing their own business with a co-worker. But this did not discourage him to continue this business. He also believes in the abilities themselves to continue to lead the business. This is because, he must scrutinize every decision that is made with extra-careful because without a referral from anyone. He must bear a large risk as loans made, but he tried his best to strengthen its business.
In 2006, Sani Express has been on the road and the business running smoothly. Dato Sani consider the path chosen worthwhile, because only in three years Sani Express showed a remarkable achievement. Of a worker, he now has 150 employees. From a small office in Beverly Heights, he now has his own homestead bought and modified by spending reached 7 mln. Pensions Pensions Dato three levels cited in Klang Sentral Sani was fully equipped. In addition to being the center of operations, it was equipped hostels, training centers and prayer.
