Ronda Rousey Reveals Gender of Her Second Child

In her recent appearance in this year’s San Diego Comic-Con, Ronda Rousey shared the incredible news of her new baby. During the promotion of her graphic novel “Expecting the Unexpected”, Rousey was greeted by her fans who were surprised to see her baby bump. In an interview at the event, Rousey gushed over her new baby on the way and exclusively revealed that she and her husband and fellow mixed martial artist Travis Browne, will welcome another baby girl.

Rousey had her first child in September 2021, with Browne, named La'akea Makalapuaokalanipō Browne. Her instagram contains a number of pictures, framing the lovely mother and daughter duo.

In the interview, Rousey proudly stated "It's a girl -- we're having a girl! I didn't want to start a fire or anything doing a gender reveal. I don't know how that became a thing, so I'll just put it out there."
She further took to her Instagram account to officially let the world know about her baby girl. Posting a picture of her at the Comic-Con, Rousey penned the caption saying, “IT’S A GIRL! Happy I can finally shout it from the rooftops, but couldn’t resist revealing it at Comicon where I’d coincidentally be exactly as far along (4 months) as my character “Mom” is in my new graphic novel “Expecting the Unexpected” (So technically I finally got to cosplay at Comicon 😜) a story I’ve been obsessing over for the last 5 years since first trying to get pregnant with Pō as a way process the anxiety that comes with accepting the task of guiding an innocent child through a hostile world.”
MMA legend Ronda Rousey is an influential name in the world of wrestling as well with an illustrious career at the WWE spanning almost a decade. After a prestigious run at both the sports, Rousey currently wrestles on the independent circuit after her departure from the WWE last year after one final match at the SummerSlam 2023.
Rumours had taken hold recently that Rousey might return to UFC in the near future, but that possibility is looking bleak given her wish to focus on motherhood at the point. As evident from her book release on Kickstart and a new baby on the way, it is safe to state that Rousey will now devote her time to her family and it will be a while before she considers a return to the ring.
