This is the movie as a kid I remembered watching
on the Sunday Morning Movie which was always
classic horror movies which I don't know why!
I have collected every Universal and Hammer
horror sci fi mystery movie and this is still my
favorite. The story is very well written with
horror but not bloody or gory and humor!
The cast is excellent especially Ronald
Howard who is obviously playing the part
Peter Cushing would usually play. Fred
Clark plays the Promoter and he is great
in the part and so funny! Too bad he gets
killed so early in movie! The only member
of the cast who just doesn't work is the sexy
girl who plays the daughter of the professor.
But the movie is so well directed she can't
ruin the picture. I always loved the ending
of the movie one of the best of mummy movies.
I think of all the Hammer movies this is the best.
