We now have details on when and where Rick and Morty's belching Rickmobile will be when the rolling promo for the cult hit Adult Swim show swings through Tampa on Sept. 27.
The Lowry Parcade and Tavern — a perfect fit with Rick and Morty fans with its craft beer and lineup of old-school video games — will host the pop-up merch store. It will be open from 5-8 p.m. Sept. 27 and will only accept debit and credit cards. Supplies are limited and the queue line may be capped. The tavern is at 1213 W Waters Ave., Tampa.
The "Don't Even Trip Road Trip" has been traveling the country since May peddling exclusive collectibles — from hats and tees to pool floats and portal guns.
If you're unfamiliar with the show, it's a loose parody of Back to the Future's Doc Brown and Marty, but the mad scientist in this case is Rick, an ill-tempered genius who travels space and time with his skittish teenage grandson, Morty. Rick and Morty is currently in its third season, scoring its best ratings yet and inspiring countless fan sites that hash over the show's scientific and philosophical themes slipped between burps and crude jokes.
The show airs on Adult Swim at 10 p.m. on Sundays. The season finale will be Oct. 1.
